Iran Offshore International Quarterly aims to establish a club of oil and gas experts in the world called Offshore Club and with a history of publishing for 15 years is one of the oldest magazines in the world with an oil and gas approach. This magazine started its activity in 1983 under the license of Dr. Mohammad Ali  Erami, one of the senior oil and gas experts.
